New Haven: Yale University Press, 1934. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Just About Fine/At Least Very Good. Green cloth over boards, title, publication year and series # stamped in black onto spine, 8vo (9-1/4 inches tall), pp. 59, (i) Publisher's Note. Volume with toning to text and slight fade to upper edge of cloth. Price-intact DJ has a slightly darkened spine panel, light wear and shallow chips to the top edge. Pulitzer Prize winning poet Richard Eberhart's copy of Agee's first book (with his penciled signature on the ffep and occasional light pencil notation to poems within). Permit Me Voyage is the 33rd volume in the Yale Series of Younger Poets and contains an early collection of Agee's poetry.
