Being an extensive collection of Dunglison's notes and journals. Among other achievements, Dunglison attended Thomas Jefferson at his death and was a clos friend of the President's, being the first Professor of Medicine at the University of Virginia. With the bookplate of Gordon Jones on the front cove top two inches of spine missing.
