London: J.M. Dent & Sons, 1948. Hardcover. Near Fine/Good. 18mo. Everyman's Library No. 51. Full red cloth. xi, 368 pp., 4. Slight bruise to spine head, very slight striations of sunning to spine. Dust jacket is chipped to spine ends and corners (worst at spine head, with some loss), some creasing and tearing with one tape repair to front cover, spine darkened. Ownership inscription to ffep. Benvenuto Cellini, born at Florence on November 1, 1500. He gained fame as a sculptor and metal worker, and was patronized by the Pope and various courts. He died in Florence on February 14th, 1571.
