(Please review photos).This is the 25th Anniversary of this acclaimed memoir. As a child, the author had a third of her jaw removed due to cancer. The book is a raw and candid memoir of a life centered on this. She was a Sarah Lawrence classmate and close friend of fellow writer Ann Patchett, who later wrote Truth and Beauty: A Frienship detailing their relationship. Ms Grealy died of a heroin overdose in 2002. All books bubble wrapped and shipped promptly in a box.
