About This Item

New York: The Macmillan Company, 1926. New Edition Revised . Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. x, 613pp. With a map and many illustrations. Small, lightly worn areas to exterior, here and there, with mild rubbing to some of the gilt lettering on spine, though this isn't offensive. Several tiny, discreet tears to cloth at extremities and small bumps to lower corners of boards. A name in ink and a few pencil notes to first page and minor, light pencil marks to a small number of pages. Tiny tears to extremities of a small number of pages, with no effect on the reading of the text. Overall, a nice, clean, sound and attractive copy
