About This Item

John Anthony Miller Studio, 2013. A rendered facsimile dust jacket for the first edition book of BABBIT. This jacket will also fit subsequent early printings if you have one. The book was published in 1922 by Harcourt, Brace and Company. Please note: As on ALL our book jackets, there will be an attached signed label on the verso of the jacket signed and stating that this is a facsimile dust jacket, also the monogram "JAM" of the artist, and "Facsimile Dust Jacket" printed tastefully near the bottom of the rear jacket flap and "John Anthony Miller Studio." These jackets are restored and printed by myself one at a time as needed, they will never ever be a mass produced product and are works of art. No more than 15 or 20 of these jackets, if that, a year will be published as these are time-consuming and labor intensive to produce. I work alone, as a solitary artist. This is a labour of love for the book lover and person who loves fine literature and art. I am primarily known in the art world for my intricate miniature etchings and engravings. You can "Google" my name to find out more about me.. No Binding. New/As New.
