No additional printings listed. NOT ex-library. Hardcover has blue cloth-covered boards with orange and reverse orange spine and cover lettering. 401 pages + 5 pages of ads at rear. Binding cracked at half-title page; webbing visible, but pages not loose. Covers have moderate edge wear and surface rubbing. Covers have a few small stains. One page is dog eared; a few pages have a tiny nick at the fore edge or a very small crease at the bottom corner. Pages clean and unmarked. Pages lightly tanned, more so at periphery, but still supple. Dust jacket is missing. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
