London: Frederick Warne. Very Good in Good dust jacket. Later Printing. Hardcover. 56 p. 18 x 19 cm. Undated, but circa 1930 based on New York office address of 381 Fourth Avenue on rear of jacket. Glossy, illustrated paper over boards with burgundy cloth spine. Text block edges stained red. Plain endpapers. Wear to corners and edges. Light rubbing. Inside pages clean, bright, and unmarked. Dustwrapper has several tears up to 2", general edge wear, and spine and panels darkened. Both flaps have some light crinkling. A collection of traditional children's songs, with brightly coloured illustrations and decorations by Walter Crane. Originally published in 1877. .
