The gilding is a little faded particularly on the spine.Top edges are tinted blue the remainder are lightly coloured/sunned.The boards show light shelf wear,The bottom rear corner is modestly bumped.Superbly illustrated down to the deck plan of the "Earl of Buckinghamshire"The previous careful owners signature in a neat hand to the front inside epp.. First Edition. Decorative Linen. Near Fine/No. Illus. by C.W.Jefferys. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
