Baraboo, WI: The Baraboo News Publishing Co.. Good with no dust jacket. 1912. First Edition. Softcover. 50, [i] pp. Map of Sauk County at rear. Original dark brown kraft card covers with art nouveau design has minor wear, bit of chipping to spine bottom. Interior has light humidity staining at bottom right corner throughout, strongest at front, short tear at bottom gutter of first blank, some rusting of the staples particularly at the bottom near the back of the book but otherwise good, clean and unmarked. Also contains a loose offprint of Cole's 1926 "Stagecoach and Tavern Days in the Baraboo Region." Very scarce 1st edition. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 50 pages .
