Likely published c.1962 (though 1959 date appears in book). ML #300.1. --- A very nice copy: clean, tightly-bound and unmarked but with mild bumps to cover corners. Price-clipped dust jacket with a little chafing to edges and general light rubbing; wrapped in removable archival mylar protector.; 12mo 7" - 7-1/2" tall; xxiii, 552 pages .
