Pictorial cloth over flexible boards is edge rubbed, slight soiled, with some discoloration of the cloth. The picture and lettering on front are clear. Lettering on spine is a bit faded. ; 48 gravure photographic plates depicting scenes and communities from the mid-1920s in Bavaria, Salzburg, and Innsbruck in sepia tones, together with introductory essay. Plate 43 is a view of Berchtesgaden with Watzmann Berg in the background. ; Deutsche Lande in Bild und Wort; 9.25" oblong; 64 pages.
