Original price of $3.95 present on front flap. Small stain to front cover of jacket and some chipping and edge wear. Anthology with works by many classic authors from the golden age of sci-fi. These include: David H. Keller. Jack Williamson, Clifford D. Simak, Lester del Rey, Eric Frank Russell, L. Sprague de Camp, A. E. Van Vogt, Isaac Asimov, John beynon Harris, John Wyndham, Donald Wandrei, Clark Ashton Smith, Kendall Foster Crossen, and Nelson Bond.

Synopsis

Beachheads in Space is an anthology of science fiction stories edited by August Derleth. It was first published by Pellegrini & Cudahy in 1952. Many of the stories had originally appeared in the magazines Astounding Stories, Fantastic Adventures, Science Fiction Adventures, Amazing Stories, Startling Stories, Weird Tales, Planet Stories and Blue Book.
