Looks & feels Brand New EXCEPT for a tiny hole (insect) at bottom edge of front board. Else, completely clean, pages white, images crisp. Binding firm & square, hinges secure. The unclipped DJ is VG+:clean & bright, NO fading, but downgraded due to a few rubbed spots (insect damage).
