Cambridge University Press, 1999-09-02. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 201pp. (black spine) 8vo. sized. 1999. First edition. A very good, clean, tight, copy in very good jacket. No inscriptions. Original publisher's black boards - gilt embossed to the spine. A light bump to the tail of the rear board and a similar to to the tail of the front board. Also a slight impression mark to the front board in nearby place. The jacket has not been price-clipped and has some shelf wear, but has not been price-clipped. A very good clean, tight copy.
