Working is some of the roughest neighborhoods, Willemse is candid about the brutal methods used by the police in the years before and during Prohibition. Third printing, February 1931. Bumped and rubbed, spine darkened and nearly illegible. Front hinge cracked, rear loose, with the previous owner's name in pencil on the front end paper and title page.. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket.
