Hardback, 1941, first edition, first impression, illustrated, published by Faber and Faber, London, 155 pages.
Octavo/8vo. Measures around 8 3/8" by 5 1/2" by 5/8". No dust jacket. Green cloth binding, black pictorial detail and lettering to front board and spine. Some discolouration to spine. Scuffing and marking, signs of shelf-wear, bumped corners. A little slackness to binding at spine but contents reasonably firm. Lower page edges deckled, edges browned, scuffed and marked. The odd mark to page surfaces but otherwise reasonably clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
