Sound and square binding in green, pebblecloth-covered boards. Bottom fore-corners are lightly bumped. A little wear to the bottom edges. Inside pages are clean and unmarked. Dust jacket some edge wear, heaviest at the corners and spine ends, and including some small tears, creases and chips. The spine is rubbed. Both panels of the jacket show some light soil. An extensive local history of this township and community, recorded in terms of its "benchmarks" over the years. Illustrated with duo-tone photographs. This book is heavy and may require extra postage. .
