First US edition first printing of this collection of short stories by various author. All published in various magazines prior to this publication. Includes Agatha Christie's The Tuesday Night Club which was the first Miss Marple mystery. Both the head and base of the spine suffer from the cloth fraying. The first glued end page has split but is holding firm. The rear board joint has split and is held on by the mesh only. In fair condition.
