About This Item
Duluth, MN: The Liberated Cook Press, 1981. Edition not stated. Octavo (28cm); ivory plastic comb binding with aqua/pictorial paper wrappers; 96pp. Comb binding missing several teeth, repaired with tape; mild soiling and handling wear, sticker+residue on rear wrapper; interiors clean. Very Good.
The Liberated Cook was a column written by Ojakangas for the Duluth News-Tribune, and this book is a compilation of some of her best recipes. All recipes within make use of the food processor and/or microwave, but also come with "conventional" directions. Includes appetizers and soups, salads, main dishes, desserts, sauces, drinks, and more, plus microwave cuisine tips; many dishes also have a certain Minnesotan or Finnish flair.
