Boston: Small, Maynard and Company, 1919. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Blue cloth with gilt lettered spine and front board. Spine very faded, gilt on spine dulled, light wear at head of spine and lower fore-edge of rear board otherwise cloth clean and very good. Bookplate to paste down with small gift inscription beneath it. Text clean throughout, book overall very good. No dust jacket. A nice clean and tight copy.
