The rare First edition, third printing is the first collaboration of General Mills with McGraw-Hill Book Company in printing this book. 463 pp including index. Text is glossy, clean and unmarked. Chapters separated with yellow paper. Color drawings, b/w photos and full color photographs illustrate this book. No owner attribution. Brown pastedown endpapers with white decoration. Dust Jacket is brightly colored on front. Light sunning to rear dust jacket with picture of Betty Crocker along with her biography. Dust jacket has small one-inch tear at top rear hinge. Otherwise, fully intact as protected by mylar cover. This book in Fine Condition, despite its age. The pictures attached to this posting are of the actual book and not stock images.
