About This Item

New York: G. P. Putnam's Son's, 1999. First Edition, First Printing. Paper and Boards. Fine/Fine. A very Fine copy of "Big Trouble" inscribed by the author on the title page, "Don, stay out of trouble. Dave Barry". No doubt Mr. Barry's cautionary words went unheeded! In Fine condition, the book is bound in beautiful dark green paper and boards with stamped gilt lettering across an unmarred spine and a stamped frog motif on the front panel. Tightly bound, sharp cornered with a clean interior. The intact glossy dust jacket is protected in an archival cover and is in Fine condition. Stephen King writes, "While reading Dave Barry's "Big Trouble", I laughed so hard I feel out of my chair". Enjoy!

Synopsis

Big Trouble is a novel written by Dave Barry. It was made into a film version in 2001. However, the film was not released until 2002 because of the September 11 attacks. Barry, who used to write for the Miami Herald, set the novel's events in and around Miami, Florida.
