About This Item
London: Hodder & Stoughton, 1959. First edition, first printing. Published by Hodder & Stoughton in London, 1959. This is a very good (or better) copy. The dust wrapper has some minor wear at the spine tips, handling marks to the rear panel, some slight creases throughout and has not been price clipped. The boards are free from notable chips and marks and the text blocks are mostly clean throughout, but with a large ink stain to the top text block. There is a previous owners inscription covered by an adhesive label to the front flyleaf and four ticks on the 'Biggles Books' page. There are no further inscriptions. Overall, this is a very good (or better) copy. In this adventure, with some Interpol colleagues Biggles, of the Special Air Police, cleans up a dope racket threatening the United States.
