About This Item
A detailed examination of birds and wildlife (including game fish) of the English Moors throughout the seasons and months including migratory patterns. Abel Chapman was a British naturalist/hunter who was credited in saving the Spanish ibex (wild goat) from extinction (of the four subspecies, two are now extinct). He also helped establish the Sabi Game Reserve in South Africa.
