Covering the entire avifauna of Africa, including migrants from the Palearctic and vagrants. Resident birds described in full with sections on their range and status, description, field characters, voice, general behaviour, food and breeding biology. Brown buckram covers with gilt lettering and gilt title to front. With pictorial dust jackets . A Very Good near Fine set . Book condition is Fine without inscriptions. Volume seven is signed on title page by Martin Woodcock . Dust jacket condition Very Good near Fine . All volumes have very slight sunning to jacket spines. Volume 7 has a small nick to top edge of jacket and volume 1 has a small perforation to edge of spine. Pictures available. Heavy set that will require extra postage.
