Full sage green cloth, gilt titles on spine and decorations on front board, endpaper maps, 256 pp including 48 pp color photos, bibliography, index. Looks like it was an expensive book to produce, with the text printed on four different colors of paper (buff, blue, grey, peach). Boards fading near edges. DJ rubbed, torn, delaminating, but all present; in Brodart archival cover. The main section of plates and descriptive and historical text is followed by an identification guide keyed to the plates. Shipping weight 4 lbs.. First Edition. . VG+/G. 28½ X 21½ cm.

Books are offered subject to prior sale. You may return any book within 14 days for a refund; if it was not as described, we will also refund return shipping costs (but please e-mail us first). You can place credit card orders through Biblio, or we will ship upon receipt of payment by check or money order. Sales tax is collected by Biblio and remitted directly to your state, where applicable. SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES: Books are priced postpaid, so there are no additional shipping charges for standard shipping. We will ship via Priority Mail for $12.00 per order (Save on multiple-book orders!). This may be reduced if actual postage is less than for a medium flat-rate box. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: In most cases, shipping via Biblio's consolidated shipping program via Asendia is the cheapest option on orders up to 5 lbs.
