Oliver and Boyd , 1953. Hardcover. Acceptable. Hardcover. Fair +. The old dust jacket has been folded and placed inside the book. It is ragged and torn. Red cloth covered boards are scuffed, have scratches and faded spots, with wearing to corner tips and spine ends. Deckled page edges. No loose pages, although they are toned. Glue has darkened around edges of paste-downs and in the hinge area. Book does tend to fall open between the sewn in page signatures, but as stated, no loose pages. This book is quite readable, full of beautiful color plates and other b&w illustrations throughout. 705 pages.
