A&C Black,, [1906, 1930]. 8vo., Second Impression, with portrait frontispiece, 73 coloured plates, 20 full-page plates in monochrome (a number full-page) and 58 illustrations in the text, top and fore-edge lightly spotted; original decorative blue cloth, upper board blocked and lattered in yellow and white, gilt back, a very good, bright, clean, crisp copy. With 2pp publisher's advertisement at end, and the trade ticket of Burlington of Whitehaven on front paste-down. Published in September 1930 but retaining the date (1906) of the first edition.
