About This Item
Central News Agency Limited, South Africa, 1945. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Fair. signed. Inscribed by Author(s)166 pages (complete). Inscribed by Cluver on the frontispage: "Molly Beckingham Whose consistent cheerfulness will ensure her birthright. Eustace Cluver, July 1945". Cluver, the father of the well-known South African author Ann Cluver Weinberg, was a well respected authority on public health. This thesis on the state and future of the health of the populations is rarely found nowadays. The cover is benign and contented. There is some light wear and marking, scuffing and handling marking. The contents are little aged but are otherwise serene, clean, clear, assured and competent. A VERY RARE SIGNED copy. fk. Our orders are shipped using tracked courier delivery services.
