This limited edition, illustrated by Rick Berry, was issued in an edition of 1500 copies, signed by King, Straub, and Berry. A fine copy in a fine traycase. This is copy 1001, signed by King, Straub, and Berry, identified by a number affixed to the bottom of the traycase.
