About This Item
Philadelphia: J. B. Lippincott Company, 1941. Hardcover. Fair/Poor. This book has been part of a circulating library, and has significant condition problems. The text pages of the book are clean and tight, with some reading wear. The front fixed end paper has a library card pocket and several ink numbers. A brown outline of the pocket has transferred to the free end paper. Tthe the red top-stain on the text block is spotted. The grey cloth covers are clean, with light wear overall, and heavier wear to the top and bottom of the spine. The dust jacket has been price-clipped, and shows heavy wear to the spine, including several rips and missing paper at the bottom. The attached scans should give a better idea of condition.
