Cover story marks the second anniversary of Jonathan Jackson's armed invasion of the Marin County Courthouse to demand the Soledad Brothers' release from prison. The supplement attacks Bay Area Rapid Transit as an expensive boondoggle of no use to Black residents. The back cover is a poster by Malik.
