2nd hardcover printing warmly inscribed by the author to artist Everett Raymond Kinstler and his wife on the ffep. Spine tilted, no dj, soil/sunning and lettering faded on spine, staining on cover, ffep (including the inscription) edge, and some pages, corners bumped and frayed, mark on a few pages, binding tight .
