Signed presentation copy from author, Virginia McKenna, to violinist, Iona Brown, and husband. Inscribed to half-title page: " To Iona and Bjorn, with my love, Virginia" and also signed "Virginia McKenna" below that. Hardcover in price-clipped dust jacket which is clean and bright with some surface scratching and a 2 cm repaired tear to top edge of back panel. A few spots to the top edge of half-title page but o/w clean without markings or inscriptions other than author's. 144 pp with photographs and drawings throughout. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. 'Into the Blue' is a celebration of dolphins and an appeal for their rescue from captivity and return to the wild. Heavy/oversize book. U.K. postage at default charge but overseas buyers may be asked for a little extra. Enquiries welcome. All orders professionally packed, tracked and/or signed for, and insured.
