FOURTH EDITION 1946 (first published in 1941), 178 x 115 mm, 7 x 4½ inches, grey boards, mounted colour plate, endpapers illustrated in black line, 24 text pages. 24 delightful full page coloured illustrations, small black and white vignettes in the text. Story of a naughty young squirrel who, although not dressed, lives with his family in a normal house with tables, chairs, table-cloths, crockery etc. 5 mm (¼") dent in spine, a couple of minor indentations to upper cover, book 'leaning' very slightly, head of spine and corners very slightly bumped, slight crease to 1 page, occasional very slight fingermarks, no inscriptions. Very good in good DUSTWRAPPER (dw: not price clipped, head and tail of spine and corners slightly worn, spine and folds rubbed, 5 mm (¼") hole in spine).
