Blue cloth boards and spine with green and black lettering on the spine and front board with Boer soldier picture on front board. 328 pp 12mo. Translated from the German. This is a historical fiction story that takes place in the countries of Transvaal and Zululand of what is now South Africa. It covers the lives of the Boers in their fight against British occupation to save their gold fields. A clean very presentable copy.
