One of a small number of copies printed on vellum for the American market, The Trinity Edition with a hand illuminated presentation leaf to Anna L. Wilson tipped-in. With an eight page Supplement to the American Edition laid-in: "Showing Variants From The Prayer Book Of The American Church," which includes an image of Teddy Roosevelt and a prayer for him. Deluxe binding by the M. Walter Dunne bindery, gilt lettered spine, gilt bordered covers with center Royal crest surrounded by four crown and fleur-de-lis emblems decorated in pink, white and blue with suede doublers, silk moire endpapers, and silk marker ribbon. Proofs were corrected by Dunne and printed at the Plimpton Press, Norwood, Mass.
