New York: The Century Co, 1906. Hardcover. Very Good. 18mo. [vi] 70 p.p. Original green cloth with gilt titling on spine and front cover, including gilt illustration to front. Light corner and spine end wear, some light chafing to boards, tight binding, interior clean and unmarked. Foxing to roughly cut edges. Harp vignette to title page, and one b&w plate facing first page of text.
