Printed wrappers, small 4to,. vi, 129 pp, ills. From the introduction: "If Edward Gordon Craig were remembered only as an artist, it would be his mastery of engraving and cutting on wood for which he would be most highly renowned. Many of his smaller-scale works in that medium were ex-libris designs. In the course of sixty-one of his ninety-six years he made over 200 bookplates, some for friends and near relations, but others for clients whose commissions helped support him in his true life's work, his vision of a new Theatre. Elegant bookplate on front inside wrapper, otherwise Very Good.
