Revised edition, octavo, pp. xii, 543. Black & white illustrations, including tissue-guarded frontis. Top edge gilt. Some pages unopened. Previous owner tasteful bookplate on front pastedown. Just light wear, as with age & handling, but near very good with gilt spine lettering and upper board vignette.
