Hurst & Company, 1913. Hardcover. No Jacket. Fair ; No jacket. 1913 Hurst & Company. Hardcover has light-blue cloth-covered boards with black and orange spine and cover lettering and decorations. Cover has a Boy Scout standing on top of a hill, waving his hat while two other Scouts climb up. There are trees in the background. Black and white frontispiece and illustrations by Rudolf Menci. 194 pages. Front binding cracked after endpers, webbing visible. Rear hinge starting, with a minor split in the endpaper. Binding getting loose in a few places in the text, with webbing peeking at page group divisions. Corners and spine ends bumped and rubbed, with some fraying at tips and spine ends. Covers have moderate edge wear and surface rubbing, clothon spine edges and back has some chips. Covers lightly soiled. Name in pencil on front free endpaper. Pages tanned. Page edges lightly soiled. Pages clean and unmarked. Dust jacket is missing. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
