BAL states this edition, containing 404pp,. as the 2nd edition, but states "all copies issued by Murray under date 1822 be considered of equal primacy until evidence is produced to the contrary.". Beautiful leather spine and tips. Marbled boards, text block edges, and end papers. Light edge wear to boards, tips and spine. Some rubbing to front board covers. Internally clean with an occasional spot. Firm, square binding. A nice set.
