There is a short section with recipes for using brandy, and cocktails to be made with it. Text is in English. A comprehensive reference book on the subject. Excellent condition. Black boards with bright white titling to the spine and to the front cover. In the publisher's decorated dustjacket which is complete and VG with the usual light shelfwear/surface wear.
