The book is in Very Good condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The book and its contents are in generally clean, bright condition. There is some light bumping and rubbing to the spine ends, corners and book cover edges. The white portions of the covers have some beginning toning, and there are two creases to the spine of the book. The Text pages are mostly clean, but have some generalized toning throughout. "The Durdane series is a trilogy of science fiction books written by Jack Vance between 1971 and 1973, and detail the adventures of Gastel Etzwane on the world Durdane. The trilogy, as a whole, portrays his rise from common boy to the autocrat The Anome, and finally, as a saviour of his world against the alien Asutra of the third book.
