Dedicated "To the Working Women of America." An issue novel of women entering the work force; the heroine juggles home life and a career, finally sacrificing her marriage in order to rise to executive status in a publishing company. The book was a sensation upon publication, and went into at least five printings in the first year and no fewer than thirty printings overall. HANNA 2640.
