New York, NY, U.S.A.: Simon and Schuster, 1967. 1st Printing. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 9 1/4" tall black hardcover. Light bumping along edges and corners of boards. Minimal general shelf wear to boards. "5.00" written in ink on top of ffep. Pages are tight; clean/unmarked. 378+ pages. Price on inside DJ flap has been crossed out and "5.00" written over it. DJ with light bumping and wrinkling along edges and corners. Top and bottom spine areas on DJ have clear tape over them. I'm not see any tears. A little dirtiness and general shelf wear to DJ.
