The book and its contents are in mostly clean, bright condition. There is some light bumping and rubbing to the spine ends and corners of the book covers. The text pages are clean and bright. The text block has been illustrated with several full page black and white illustrations. The dust jacket has several small edge tears, nicks and a couple of small chips. "George Barr McCutcheon (July 26, 1866 – October 23, 1928) was an American popular novelist and playwright. His best known works include a series of novels set in Graustark, a fictional East European country, and the novel Brewster's Millions, which was adapted into a play and several films.
