Victoria: Richard Wolfenden, Government Printer, [1870].. 160pp. Original burgundy flexible leather covers, front cover lettered in gilt and with the Province of British Columbia seal in gilt. Patterned end papers. Some wear to joints and upper spine, very good condition. This is the 1870 edition printed by Wolfenden; there was another edition produced in 1912 by Cullin (165pp.). Lowther 353, citing the original Gazette Extraordinary publication, and mentioning the editions of 1870 and 1912. Not in WorldCat. This 1870 edition is scarce.
