About This Item
NY: Street & Smith, (1887).. cat40a. Rebound in modern plain wrappers, with a lettered spine label. Paper browned, a very good copy. Ads within indicate that this title was issued as No. 102 in the Magnet Detective Library. A similar title: "Bruce Angelo, the Old Time Detective" is listed in Hubin under 'Anonymous', citing only "Aldine" for a publisher, presumably referring to a British edition. Halsey also wrote as OLD SLEUTH.
